Being a Successful Student and Graduating on Time!

This may be the most important part of the program for you. It's great to learn the technical skills, but learning basic success skills and strategies can change all aspects of your life.

Being a successful student, or person for that matter, isn't something that just happens. It's something you choose to do. Some students learned this at an early age and they wake up every morning programmed to succeed. Others need to learn and hone the skills of success until they become second nature.

There are three major components that you need to master to succeed.

1. Develop a plan to finish school on time.

2. Identify strategies for making satisfactory progress.

3. Develop coping strategies for the demands of student life.
