ABOUT ACCREDITATION

Accreditation is significant, but it doesn’t mean that all accredited programs are the same. Schools often have very different approaches to delivering education, so it’s valuable to visit the school and talk to the students and graduates to find out more about the quality of the education.

Accreditation is a voluntary process that identifies and acknowledges educational programs or institutions for achieving and maintaining a level of quality, performance, and integrity that meets meaningful standards. Accreditation is a clear-cut way that students, families, government officials, and the press know that an institution or program meets a high standard for administrative compliance and financial stability.

THREE MAJOR CATEGORIES OF ACCREDITATION

  • Accreditation approved by the US Department of Education. This allows schools to participate in Title IV financial aid
  • Private accreditation that is not approved by the US Department of Education
  • The term accreditation used by some states or boards

The first category is the most rigorous and, within itself, has multiple levels of accreditation for various types of schools.

Our goal is to greatly exceed the standards of accreditation and provide programs that offer an educational experience that is outstanding. We are passionate about making you as successful as possible and redefining education to be a significant, life-enhancing experience.
