INTRODUCTION TO MASSAGE THERAPY

Introduction to Therapeutic Massage – 120 hours (Not accredited by NACCAS)

The Introduction to Massage Therapy focuses on the basics of Swedish Massage, Draping, Basic Anatomy and Physiology and how to do intake forms and SOAP notes. The class is from the first part of the Therapeutic Massage Career Program and it gives you a chance to learn this as a skill to use non-professionally with friends and family or as a next step to see if you want to become a professional massage therapist.

The class does not qualify for Federal Student Aid and is not accredited by NACCAS. However, the class can be transferred into either the Holistic Massage or the Therapeutic Massage program if you choose to become a licensed professional.
