Anticipate the Unanticipated

Spa Tech • May 15, 2019

Wow! What an awesome time! I’m very excited about applying the strategies I learned, personally and professionally.

1) My favorite piece came from Rudolph Giuliani. Always anticipate the unanticipated. Wow, how true is that?! Knowing that you’ll always be ready for anything that comes your way. I have not got those words out of my mind since, and have already put this into action professionally and personally.

2) The art of questioning. This piece from Tom Hopkins was particularly fascinating to me because I used to use my own strategy when selling cars. His words simplified it for me. I realized I need to listen more to peoples’ needs. Then “isolate areas of interest.” Wow, the art of questioning is so neat!

3) Peter Lowe struck me when talking about physiology. I never realized our words control our mind and body. Learning about breathing patterns and how our words effect ourselves and everyone around us is incredibly important.

How could I not use this always?! These three pieces will stay with me. I will use them always to live happy, healthy, and to reflect on others.

I really enjoyed attending!
