HOT ROCK MASSAGE CEU

Hot Rock Massage, also known as stone massage therapy, is one of the hottest and fastest growing techniques in the spa and private bodywork settings. This amazing bodywork technique explores the therapeutic and energetic use of rocks to produce deep relaxation and a connection with earth energies. By integrating this work with other modalities, clients receive an experience that leaves them relaxed and at peace.

Applying thermotherapy during Swedish massage using stones deepens the results of a session. Heated and cooled, silky smooth stones applied to various areas create profound relaxation for tense and stiff muscles. With an emphasis on preparation and safety, the class gives you the skills to work with confidence in a spa setting or to add this to your private practice.

The class covers all aspects of rock types, shapes, and sizes, cleaning, application and use, contraindications, and precautions.
